How Does The Rental Work
All applications are completed online but once an application is completed one of our lovely assessment team will contact you within two business days. New and preloved items all have a 6 months minimal rental period. You can apply to buy the goods at any time, even after the first rental payment, the minimum rental period only refers to how long you must rent before the goods can be returned.
Do You Have The Goods In Stock
Preloved stock is available and waiting for a new home in our warehouse, if approved it is generally shipped within five days.
What If I Want To Return
If you choose to return your goods after the minimum rental period our customer service team will be happy to assist you by providing detailed information on how to arrange the return to our warehouse. We do recommend that you keep the original packaging as the goods will need to be safely housed for the return. The return freight charge is generally equivalent to the dispatch cost.
What If I Want To Purchase
Yes, you can apply to purchase at any time, even after 1 day. Please refer to the price guides on the website. A comprehensive guide is included with your initial agreement showing values for each month for 36 months.
